The Product Group Hardware Governance Systems Analyst role is the first point of contact for users with questions or issues regarding asset management processes and tools.
The System Analyst will be part of the Hardware Governance and Support (HWGS) team within the Intel Products Lab Strategy Office. HWGS is responsible for the governance and support of the hardware lifecycle across all the Intel Product groups. HWGS maintains asset management policies and processes, and designs/implements improvements to mitigate risk, drive efficiency and support long-term hardware initiatives.
Key Roles and Responsibilities / skills:
Provide 1st level support for users with questions related to Service Now (Intel Product's Pre-Production Hardware system of record) and inventory tracking business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs escalated from users; partner with IT on required development work.
Perform regular data updates to ensure asset management data integrity.
Support user enhancement requests.
Take part in system upgrade testing to ensure no impact to end users
Document and deliver training to end users

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate degree in STEM or any related field
Experience:
Candidate must have ServiceNow experience
Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Experience in an IT or equivalent system or customer support role
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM or any related field.
Intel Product knowledge, including silicon and platform configurations
Understanding of BOM data (SPEED)
Experience with Access Governance System (AGS)
Experience with Lab Management Portal (LaMP)
Experience with Atlas
Experience with BI Reporting

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $75,860.00-126,120.00 USD

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
