Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, or another relevant industry/discipline.
  
• 4 years of experience analyzing and translating data into insights, delivering recommendations for improvements, and presenting results of analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working with UX design, UX engineering, and UX research teams.
• Experience delivering complete project solutions within larger programs.
• Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) technologies.
• Experience thriving in a rapid paced environment.
• Experience communicating effectively and explaining data clearly to stakeholders.

As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. As a UX Program Manager, you will partner closely with the XR UX Engineer (UXE) and Developer UX leads, as well as UX, Cross-functional (XFN) and Cross-Product Area (XPA) leads, to build and drive programs that support experiences across the full spectrum of Android XR devices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
