Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in consumer-facing product design.
- 3 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
- Include a portfolio of work samples showcasing design systems work across multiple projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience collaborating across organizational and functional boundaries to prioritize opportunities and mitigate constraints.
- Experience designing for OS platforms and ecosystems.
- Experience with iterative design and delivery methodologies.

lightweight XR devices like smart glasses and headsets pair with helpful AI to augment human intelligence, offering personalized, conversational, and contextually aware experiences.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive User Experience (UX) innovation scaling across the developer ecosystem, creators, and partner engagements, and explore new developer-centric interaction paradigms and XR capabilities.
- Align Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams on cohesive, scalable design strategies, and synthesize technical and user considerations into design direction.
- Lead discovery and ideation for new XR interactions and frameworks, advocate new UX opportunities, work with research to gather feedback, and create design patterns that adapt to evolving technology and user needs.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to your team of UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Be a thought partner to executive leaders and stakeholders, bringing resolution to issues, and use communication, data-informed decisions, and user empathy to influence long-term business success and product excellence.
