Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working with networking infrastructure in a Cloud environment.
- Experience with capacity planning.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to partner closely and work effectively with highly technical engineering teams.
- Ability to build strong partnerships, influence everyone from engineers to executive leadership, and align stakeholders.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to take vague, unstructured problems, frame a clear path forward, and execute methodically.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, facilitation and communication skills, consistently delivering results in dynamic and ambiguous situations.
- Manage various programs of work, engage teams and engineers, set the pace for project delivery while developing tactical plans and long term strategy for highly complex projects.
- Become a trusted advisor to decision makers providing valuable insights to the engineering teams, and influence product direction.
- Lead high-impact initiatives with AI first mindset to automate and reduce overall toil advocating the use of AI and agentic development to streamline TPM operations.
- Bring order to chaos and determine what needs to get done in an ambiguous, fluid environment.
