Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical).
Experience implementing large-scale initiative projects in a demanding, change-oriented, changing environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.- High proficiency with structuring analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
- Knowledge of best practices in business operations, service operations, customer support operations, and internet/online media.
- Knowledge of latest trends in AI and customer support.
- Superb problem-solving skills with experience executing complex operational initiatives.

In this role, you will lead the team responsible for Strategy and Operations (S&O) with executive leadership for gTech Users and Product's Technical Solutions and Insights team (gUP TSI). Your team specifically will run S&O support for the gTech AI Must Win and gUP's NextGen technology portfolio. You will have an opportunity to shape how gUP launches support solutions, how we provide support, how we drive efficiencies across a global operations team, and develop scalable processes with the user at the center. We stay focused on driving the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations through organizational design, long-term planning, and management support.
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google's users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $186000 - $270000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
- Act as a partner to the business supporting the leadership on service transformations, operational, organizational initiatives and helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership's goal.
- Define, launch and drive investigative initiatives to directly and indirectly improve customer experience, improve internal and external facing processes, working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Solve problems with executive leaders to deliver insights and recommendations based on business analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, headcount management, key organizational metrics, and other operationally projects.
- Identify gaps and propose changes to existing policy, systems and process frameworks; develop scalable solutions and work to manage risks across the organization and develop best practices that are a benefit across the organization.
