About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Leaders from the world's most respected brands trust Salesforce to solve today's digital imperative and uncover tomorrow's potential. The Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC) brings our top executives and experts together with C-suite customers to partner on the path ahead. We design strategic, customer-centric discussions that reimagine what's possible, drive change, and enable companies to work smarter, collaborate better, and build deeper relationships - starting now.
About the Role
The Associate Manager, SIC Strategy is a key member of the Salesforce Innovation Center HQ Strategy team, responsible for delivering high-impact, executive-caliber customer engagements at our San Francisco and New York centers. Reporting to the Director of SIC Strategy, this role serves as the primary point of contact for field account teams - blending strategic meeting design with hands-on tactical execution to curate tailored, outcome-driven experiences that accelerate pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and advance transformational deals.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting Strategy & Curation
- Own the full meeting lifecycle for assigned SIC engagements as lead Strategist and primary point of contact
- Lead kick-off calls and ongoing syncs to align account teams on customer objectives and desired outcomes
- Anchor every SIC session in a compelling, current Salesforce narrative (AI, Agentforce, Agentic Enterprise)
- Partner with account and delivery teams to draft and iterate on briefing agendas
Discussion Leader & Speaker Engagement
- Source, confirm, and manage Discussion Leaders across Salesforce product teams and executive benches
- Send compelling, well-contextualized invitations to Discussion Leaders that clearly communicate meeting objectives and their role
- Conduct prep calls with Discussion Leaders to align on content, timing, and customer context
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal speakers to ensure a reliable and diverse discussion leader bench
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide proactive agenda updates to all stakeholders as changes arise
Customer Experience & Execution
- Coordinate with the SIC Experience team on logistics, space planning, and onsite execution to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experience
- Prepare and distribute day-of speaker logistics including calendar invites, SIC floor access instructions, and meeting links
- Manage day-of operations including space strategy, attendee management, and capturing meeting insights
- Distribute post-meeting close-out communications to account teams including feedback, follow-up templates, and Discussion Leader thank-you reminders
Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with field sellers, RVPs, AVPs, and C-suite/ELT-level customer executives
- Partner cross-functionally with product teams, marketing, and senior Salesforce leadership to ensure alignment before, during, and after engagements
- Track and input data for team metrics and program reporting
- Execute independently across all aspects of assigned briefings; self-directed once clear direction is given
What We're Looking For
Required
- 5+ of relevant professional experience; 1-2 years in customer-facing programs, executive events, or sales support
- Strong executive presence and experience managing senior stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills suited for executive-level audiences
- Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent engagements and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for customer experience
Preferred
- Knowledge of Salesforce's platform & product portfolio
- Hands-on experience building or enabling AI-powered tools
- Familiarity with sales processes and go-to-market motions
- Prior experience in a customer briefing center, executive engagement program, or similar strategic client-facing role
