Job Description:Essential Job Functions:\n•\tManage and nurture client relationships, ensuring that solutions are tailored to meet client needs and drive long-term customer satisfaction.\n•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of solutions, focusing on profitable growth.\n•\tProvide support and mentorship to account executives and managers, helping them meet their targets.\n•\tParticipate in the development and execution of account strategies, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.\n•\tServe as a key point of contact for clients, offering insights and guidance as a trusted advisor.\n•\tPrepare and deliver client reports and proposals to highlight the value of our services.\n•\tRegularly analyze market dynamics and adjust account strategies accordingly.\n•\tContribute to the organization's presence at industry events and conferences.
Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role\n•\tDemonstrated success in account leadership roles, achieving sales and revenue targets and nurturing client relationships\n•\tStrong leadership and strategic planning abilities, effective communication skills, and a history of driving business growth\n•\tA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAn advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications such as Certified Account Manager (CAM) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are a plus
Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $119,900 - $222,700.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
