Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in management consulting, value engineering, or account management.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Experience managing programs within a global business organization.
• Experience at a consulting firm or equivalent strategy.
• Understanding of the AI landscape and its application in enterprise business transformation.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to "command the room" with C-suite executives and internal stakeholders alike.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central lead for 100 accounts, ensuring engagement through value creation, transformation labs, and AI proof-of-concepts.
• Define and deliver program benefits, including accelerated engineering support and dedicated executive sponsorship to differentiate marquee assets.
• Design and lead "value architect" training to transition key account executives from feature-promoting to outcome-focused, AI-driven digital transformation.
• Collaborate with firms to harmonize value-partnering motions and ensure a unified experience for program accounts.
• Lead the scaling of AI capabilities across the cohort while maintaining oversight of resource allocation and execution milestones.
