As an Interaction Designer, you'll apply user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution, working with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative products.

As a Senior Designer on AI Mode, you'll be focused on driving the design and collaborating with product and engineering to ensure a positive user experience. You'll take ownership of model-driven UI and layout in AI Mode responses, contribute to scalable UX patterns, and design intuitive features that leverage new model capabilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on new product ideas and opportunities within AI Mode.
• Use the latest vibe coding tools to power design and prototyping process.
• Design user journeys on Google Search and AI Mode.
• Work with cross-functional partners to create principles, system instructions, and auto-raters that govern AI experiences.
