About the job
The IBX team is looking for a contract Senior UI/UX Designer to help design and bring the experience to life across our digital ecosystem. This role will focus on translating UX architecture into intuitive, cohesive, and engaging interfaces that support clarity and consistency across multiple touchpoints. The expected duration of this assignment is 12 months.
Our team works at the intersection of brand, experience, and digital design. We focus on building clear and meaningful experiences that help people navigate complex ideas and systems with confidence.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:
- Design and evolve user experiences across digital properties, ensuring clarity, consistency, and ease of use.
- Translate UX architecture, information structure, and frameworks into intuitive flows, interfaces, and interactions.
- Create design artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI that bring the experience to life.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive and well-crafted digital experiences.
- Turn complex concepts and information into clear, usable, and engaging design solutions.
- Apply and contribute to UX patterns and design system components to support scalable, consistent experiences.
- Support cross-team alignment by communicating design decisions and maintaining consistency across touchpoints.

Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in designing for complex digital ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree required in one of the following disciplines: Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, User Experience, Industrial Design, or related field.
- Experience applying UX standards and best practices to ensure consistency and usability.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing user interfaces and interactions for large-scale websites or digital products.
- Experience collaborating in workshops or contributing to co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, or similar design and collaboration tools.
- Experience contributing to design critiques and supporting overall UX quality and craft.
