About the job
A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Search is Google's core information product, with the Search Intelligence (SI) group one of Search's three core product area groups alongside platforms and Search verticals owning the quality and experience that define its trustworthiness. Our mission centers on pioneering user experiences and conversational journeys in GenAI through close collaboration with cross-functional partners. Within this high-impact space, Search AI Quality Technical Program Managers (TPgMs) act as strategic thought partners who define motivated engineering goals and drive the execution of quality programs for next generation AI experiences across Search.
As a Search AI Quality Technical Program Manager, you will be an owner driving planning and execution. Your cross-functional partners will look to you for strategic thought partnership with a holistic and unbiased point of view. You will work on the highest priority programs based on business needs across AI quality.
