Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience working with data structures or machine learning algorithms.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical projects and programs with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in navigating ambiguity, identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies.
- Understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Platform) and the software development lifecycle, with an ability to grasp technical concepts related to AI/ML services and their compliance implications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex compliance topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead programs for tamper-proof lineage, transparent approvals and secured storage.
- Work with engineering, product management, and other partners to define all workstreams, requirements, schedules, resources, and milestones.
- Develop and maintain processes, monitoring, reporting, and communication channels to ensure effective execution of programs.
- Identify and implement risk mitigations and resolve issues.
- Provide project status updates to various audiences, including cross-functional teams and executives.
