The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage a team of software engineers or software engineer managers.
• Operate within a tech stack split between internal systems (e.g., Angular, Java) and using Ruby on Rails, Python, TypeScript.
• Scope problems and recommend solutions which consider both short and long-term needs, and implement solutions or delegate the implementation to reports (i.e., go beyond simply implementing others' ideas).
• Manage team staffing, career and performance management for your team.
• Ensure quality-driven delivery at scale and remove widely-felt barriers to productivity.
