Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, specifically with Go and Kubernetes.
• 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture for distributed systems.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role with software design and architecture; leading tech design and driving team execution.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role driving new products from design to execution.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.
• Experience building or managing platforms on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and collaborating in data-motivated decisions in a matrixed organization.
• Experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• 
  Lead the design and implementation of automation workflows for hardware and software bootstrap (networking, storage, HSMs, servers, Kubernetes).
  
• Develop and enhance the deployment orchestration engine and tooling.
• Work with partner teams (Networking, Storage, Security, UI/UX, Operations) to define automation interfaces and ensure seamless integration.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the deployment process through software solutions.
  
• Review code written by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
