Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, specifically with Go and Kubernetes.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture for distributed systems.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role with software design and architecture; leading tech design and driving team execution.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role driving new products from design to execution.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience building or managing platforms on Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and collaborating in data-motivated decisions in a matrixed organization.
- Experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of automation workflows for hardware and software bootstrap (networking, storage, HSMs, servers, Kubernetes).- Develop and enhance the deployment orchestration engine and tooling.
- Work with partner teams (Networking, Storage, Security, UI/UX, Operations) to define automation interfaces and ensure seamless integration.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the deployment process through software solutions.
- Review code written by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices.
