Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience designing/managing enterprise-wide global programs with Engineering/Product teams, in cloud computing, software, hardware, or related technology field.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define and lead large scale, complex, multi-disciplinary, cross-functional projects/programs from ideation to execution and monitoring.
- Facilitate workgroups and work independently, managing program performance, influencing without direct authority, delivering direct business value, and empowering others to do the same.
- Navigate various data sources, consolidating actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
- Manage project schedules, identify risks, document processes, use sound decision-making judgment, and clearly communicate business needs/status effectively to executive leaders.
- Pioneer and implement agentic workflows to automate, streamline, and scale operational processes.
