As a UX Writer & Content Designer, you will regularly use craft, empathy, logic, and data to inform your writing and design choice. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead content design for key workstreams, scoping opportunities, setting the plan, and delivering high-quality UX deliverables that shape product roadmaps and experiences.
• Define content and principles that guide the shape AI response strategies and experiences.
• Help scale framework resources to appropriate target audiences, managing your work, setting direction, and communicating priorities aligned with organizational goals.
• Influence UX and cross-functional partnerships to align stakeholder expectations, drive understanding and alignment, and advocate for user-focused content experiences.
• Develop scalable frameworks, rubrics, and evaluation methods that ensure high-quality, trustworthy responses while building user confidence.
