Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience automating infrastructure provisioning, DevOps, continuous integration, or delivery.
• 6 years of experience in system, design troubleshooting, advocating for customers' needs, and triaging technical issues (e.g., hardware, software, application, operational, process).
• Experience coding in one or more general purpose languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C or C ) including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience coding in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, OpenTofu).
  
• Must possess an active Secret security clearance.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in delivering solutions that meet public sector security and compliance requirements such as FedRAMP, DoD impact levels, or risk management framework.
• Experience designing cloud enterprise solutions and supporting customer projects to completion.
• Experience with GCP techniques such as prompt engineering, dual encoders, and embedding vectors.
  
• Experience building prototypes or applications.
  
• Knowledge of containerization and container orchestration technologies such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
  
• Familiarity with standard IT security practices such as identity and access management, data protection, encryption, certificate and key management.

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide excellent technical guidance and best practices to customers adopting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Provide domain expertise on public cloud and enterprise technology.
  
• Automate end-to-end infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, OpenTofu) and GitOps workflows. Build secure CI/CD pipelines that integrate DevSecOps principles, Kubernetes orchestration, and automated compliance via policy as code.
• Architect scalable, resilient cloud solutions and migration strategies that align technical infrastructure with the customer's long-term mission objectives.
• Scale technical impact by authoring public-facing content, including technical blogs, tutorials, and reusable sample code repositories to establish industry best practices.
