• 4 years of experience in data analysis, project management, or similar roles.
• 4 years of experience working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level; with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Experience influencing cross-functionally, and with executive-level audiences.
• Knowledge of sales technologies, products and market landscape.
• Ability to translate complex issues into simple language that people who are not experts can understand.
• Excellent problem-solving, investigative and business judgment skills, with the ability to move from detail to executive level strategy and presentations.

You will be innovative and collaborative with a passion for making the lives of Google Ads sellers easier every day. You will be comfortable operating under uncertainty, structuring complicated issues, and finding creative solutions to business challenges. You will demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight, and you will be an expert communicator. This is truly a cross-functional role working with key partners across global product leads for external and internal systems, product management, engineering, marketing, risk, compliance, legal, and finance.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $124,000-$177,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
