The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000 - $211,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Position reports to the Google Kirkland, WA office & may allow for a hybrid schedule as per Google policy.


Responsibilities

• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities and respond to active threats in the environment.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust security controls, tools, and services to mitigate risks
• Operate information security systems and execute established procedures to ensure ongoing protection.
• Develop new features and bug fixes for existing security tools and products to enhance functionality.
• Lead short-term, complex operational tasks independently, escalating critical issues when necessary. Improve security outcomes by proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to tools and processes.
