Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 2 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
- 2 years of experience with generative AI techniques (e.g., LLMs, RL/SFT on models, Agentic AI, Multi-Modal, etc.) or concepts (language modeling, computer vision).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or related technical fields.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience in statistical modeling, ML or mathematical modeling in industry or in academia.
- Experience in ads.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $174000 - $253000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
