As a Reporting Lead Technical Program Manager, you will help develop a culture where security, risk, and resiliency are integrated into every facet of Google, including the creative process. You will help us continually identify, evaluate and monitor enterprise risks that could affect business activities and provide business leaders the information they need to make critical decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies and develop industry leading programs that drive sustainable effectiveness.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and maintenance of real-time dashboards to track key performance indicators and outcomes, enabling continuous operational improvement and rapid decision intelligence. This includes reporting on global compliance health, risk tracking, remediation timelines, and assurance testing results.
- Develop and implement a strategy for standardized reporting, generating consistent, relevant, and stakeholder-appropriate reports.
- Transform verified data into engaging, insightful, and actionable data visualizations to support bespoke communication and reporting needs from business units to external stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with Data and Technology teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and alignment with reporting requirements.
- Gather requirements from various stakeholders to understand their reporting and dashboard needs and translate them into technical specification.
