About the job
The Marketing Creative and Digital team is looking for a Project Manager to fulfill a 6-months contract to cover a maternity leave. The Project Manager will be the facilitator for multiple marketing programs and projects. Plan, create, schedule, monitor and manage internal marketing creative campaign programs and projects from initiation through completion. Responsible for analyzing customer intake needs and translating them into creative requirements for scheduling and meeting marketing promotion deadlines. Publish and communicate stakeholder needs and requirements to the creative team through a creative workflow management system. Identify at-risk projects and communicate with Account Manager and creative team as needed to ensure projects reflect updates and stay on track. Support the team's workflow and resource needs to help improve the organization's performance, increase lead generation, and create customer demand. Surface real-time reporting and impacts that keep department resources moving smoothly. Helps facilitate creative check-ins and sets up campaign kickoffs. Identify gaps and process issues to communicate to the management team. Learn and incorporate the company MarTech stack for improvement and efficiency. Responsible for planning, assigning projects appropriately and guiding field marketing and creative teams to successful campaign execution.
You will:
- Be responsible for all aspects of project management: the direction, planning and budgeting, coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects while ensuring consistency with SAS' overall strategy, commitments, and goals.
- Lead and/or coordinates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
- Communicate and regularly track the status of project goals by ensuring project results meet quality, reliability, schedule, and cost requirements.
- Monitor performance and recommend schedule changes, cost adjustments and resource additions.
- Provide direction and support to the project team to ensure the accomplishment of agreed-upon goals, objectives, and deadlines.
- Assemble and coordinate project staff while managing resource availability and allocation.
- Report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders by presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Successfully manage relationships with all stakeholders. Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties/ vendors.

Required qualifications
- Five years of experience researching, analyzing and/or reporting information related to specific area of assignment. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desirable or equivalent professional training preferred.
- Knowledge of Adobe Workfront Creative Workflow System.
- Working Knowledge of Global Marketing Workflow System.
- Understanding of SAS CI360 Plan and integration with other creative workflow management systems.
- Previous experience as a Systems Consultant for a creative workflow system.
- Ability to interpret complex system configurations and translate them into working knowledge for creative concepts and execution.
- Ability to communicate with marketing creative team members to drive collaboration, uncover inefficiencies and find resolutions.
- Ability to represent team and envision a big-picture integration of various company systems needed to support the creative process.
- Equivalent combination of related education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
