About the job
A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish - working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
The GBO Tools teams are responsible for improving sales and support efficiency and effectiveness by building great tools for its users. Our team is the glue that binds the direction of the business with the needs of GBO in our ads ecosystem. We accomplish this by partnering with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, gTech, GTM, and many other teams to deliver a delightful experience to our users.
In this role, you will lead complex sales, agency tooling, and third-party (3P) ecosystem initiatives (including Ad Tech and Google Marketing Platform), reaching beyond your immediate team and organization. Your primary mandate will be to bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence to the space, and partner with various stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. You will take loosely defined problems, establish clear governance, and forge a cohesive path forward for multiple cross-functional stakeholders. You will balance this drive with a strong collaborative spirit, working seamlessly as a team to achieve goals.
