This high-visibility, individual contributor role sits at the heart of our hardware business, requiring a leader who can navigate complex business dynamics and drive a multi-billion dollar category through its full lifecycle from Early Engagement and New Product Introduction (NPI) to End-of-Life (EOL) management.
In this role, you will own the consensus demand-supply plan and the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) engine for your category. You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with cross-functional leaders across global offices and time zones. You will heavily influence the business in defining the Plan of Record (POR), using advanced analytical capabilities and strong storytelling to guide executive decision-making. The ideal candidate is a supply chain subject matter expert, highly analytical, and excels at driving alignment without direct authority in a fast-paced environment.
