Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain, including full product launches (NPI) and managing product phase-outs (EOL).
- Experience in supply chain management, procurement, or operations roles within a high-volume, manufacturing or technology environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in Data Center, Construction, or Cloud Infrastructure supply chains.
- Experience reviewing and tracking contracts and legal agreements within a supply chain context.
- Experience with supplier onboarding workflows, performance scorecards, and QBR processes.
About the job
Google is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager to support the readiness and execution of our Supplier Enablement strategy. As a critical member of the Equipment Supply Chain organization, you will drive the operational execution of supplier lifecycle management, compliance, and performance tracking.
In this role, you will act as a key operational partner between Google and its suppliers, ensuring efficient onboarding, data integrity, and seamless contract execution. You will leverage knowledge in sourcing operations to maintain processes that ensure our supply base is compliant, performant, and scalable to meet Google's ambitious data center build-out goals.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Drive material and supply chain readiness for a specific product area, ensuring a clear-to-build status for data center equipment.
- Lead initiatives to oversee and reduce lead times and increase capacity across the global supply chain.
- Serve as the primary supply chain liaison with suppliers, managing production schedules and commitments against project delivery requirements.
- Develop supply chain map for each product, detailing suppliers, procurement models, lead times, logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment, and spares strategies.
- Work closely with Engineering, Planning, and Category Managers to deliver equipment and drive initiatives and process improvements to grow the team's scale and capability.
