Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
  
• Experience working in data center environments or other industries (e.g., semiconductor, power, nuclear, oil, gas).
• Experience managing operational systems and processes for electrical or mechanical infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience leading complex remediation programs or operations program management initiatives, with the ability to define strategy and proactively solve problems.
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience in data center electrical or mechanical infrastructure (e.g., switchyards, transformers, HV/MV distribution, cooling towers, chillers, gensets).
• Ability to take initiative in ambiguous environments and create scalable process order to drive results.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time domestically or internationally to work with sites or equipment suppliers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of complex remediation projects across the data center portfolio, from initial concept through operational handoff.
• Establish comprehensive program roadmaps and master schedules, identifying interdependencies between concurrent work streams such as power and cooling infrastructures.
• Own project resource allocation and workflow prioritization across multiple sites to ensure consistent execution and team utilization.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Data Center Operations, Data Center Service) and external vendors to deliver projects within scope.
• Prepare and present project status reports, financial forecasts, and risk assessments to executive leadership and directors.
