• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  
• Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) in manufacturing.
• Experience with supply chain management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  
• Experience across all phases of a product from prototype to mass production to end of life.
• Experience with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance.
• Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization, with experience leading cross-functional process improvements.
• Excellent analytical and communication/facilitation skills.

As a Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Our Platforms Infrastructure Engineering team designs and builds the
hardware and software technologies that power all of Google's services. Our computational challenges are complex and unique, enabled by cutting-edge custom hardware designed and made in-house. As a hardware engineer, you will design and build the systems that are the heart of the world's largest and most powerful computing infrastructure. You will see those systems from concept all the way through to high-volume manufacturing. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex, cross-functional Program teams within Google and with external partners to prepare for production ramp and/or product transitions.
  
• Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure successful production transitions meeting program goals.
  
• Manage ramp readiness with internal teams as well as external partners (i.e., material availability, cost/assembly/test/BOM/capacity readiness and transition plans).
  
• 
  Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific strategic reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
