The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$153,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Own the internal reporting and business analytics/intelligence for operational programs, support the development and maintenance of the internal communication hubs for the organization.
• Perform review of documents uploaded in the drive to ensure compliance, assisting in drafting and maintaining the document intake and maintenance guide.
• Prepare for the annual audit by checking a sample of data centers for completeness and adherence to naming standards, help coordinate mandatory training materials.
• Manage need-to-know access requests and ensuring security protocols are followed, support the administration of the change management program.
• Support the administration of the change management program, identify and implement process improvements across all areas of focus to ensure the organization is moving fast and scaling effectively.
