- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience working on system UI and developing holistic design frameworks.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, 0 to 1, etc.).

- Experience with 3D graphics and XR.

Google Beam combines advances in hardware and software to enable friends, families, and co-workers to feel together, even when they're cities (or countries) apart.
As a Product Manager on Google Beam, you will focus on defining, building, and delivering the key aspects of the Google Beam experience. You will work with design, engineering, and research teams to help shape the future of how video meetings should look and feel.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Work with design, engineering, and user research teams to define and refine the Beam core meeting experience.
- Create experiments to test various design system treatments and interactions.
- Re-imagine video meetings in 3D, thinking through new features and capabilities to enhance the meeting experience.
- Explore techniques to support connection and collaboration between Beam meeting participants.
