Job DescriptionProduct Engineering Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; Morristown, NJ): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Product Engineering Senior Manager in Morristown, NJ, and the job duties are as follows:
- Lead cross-functional mobile engineering teams comprising iOS/Android developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver enterprise-grade mobile applications across industries, ensuring alignment with client objectives, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into actionable mobile product roadmaps, presenting architectural decisions, delivery milestones, and technical strategies to executive leadership.
- Oversee the design and implementation of mobile solutions that integrate with backend systems, ensuring scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to architectural best practices.
- Manage development activities, including writing and optimizing production-ready mobile code using Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript/TypeScript, applying advanced techniques in memory management, battery efficiency, and user experience.
- Establish and enforce mobile development standards, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and code review processes, leading integration efforts with third-party SDKs, APIs, and mobile hardware features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and career development planning, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the complete mobile application deployment lifecycle, including app store submissions, beta testing coordination, and post-launch monitoring using analytics and crash reporting tools, ensuring timely delivery and ongoing performance optimization.
Qualification
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
- Developing advanced, modular iOS app development using Swift and Objective-C and enterprise-grade architecture patterns;
- Developing end-to-end full-stack mobile applications using Xcode, Android Studio, or React Native, contributing to and integrating with backend systems, databases, and third-party APIs for large-scale deployments;
- Leading agile development teams while designing technical architecture for complex consumer and enterprise products from concept to market launch;
- Managing distributed engineering teams across multiple time zones while delivering technology solutions for global clients;
- Designing and developing, using OpenAPI/Swagger, Xcode, custom APIs and integrations connecting third-party services for large-scale implementations; and
- Utilizing Xcode for integration with hardware devices, smart home hubs, or connected device management.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.

Pursuant to the New Jersey Pay Transparency Job Posting Act, the offered wage for this role is $261,248.00 per year and information on benefits offered is here.
