Location: On-site, Washington, DC.. Candidates within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work on-site 2 days per week.

Role Summary: DXC Technology is seeking a PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) Tester to support quality assurance and testing efforts across PeopleSoft applications. This role is focused on validating end-to-end business processes, executing automated and manual test cases, and ensuring the stability of system enhancements and releases within a federal environment.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework, strong testing fundamentals, and the ability to operate in a structured, client-facing delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)
• Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases
• Validate end to end business processes across PeopleSoft environments
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including coordination and issue triage
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios
• Provide regular status reporting, test metrics, and risk insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and business users

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 6 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or PeopleSoft test automation
• Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM, or similar
• Ability to validate complex business workflows and system integrations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Close attention to detail and the ability to work in structured delivery environments

Required Clearance

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required
• U.S. Citizenship required
• US-based role; on-site required, Washington, DC, area
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting federal clients
• Exposure to PeopleSoft modules such as HCM or FSCM
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Familiarity with ERP testing and large-scale system implementations

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $121,300 - $225,300.
