The Role and Impact As a Module Equipment Technician in ORAP, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the functionality and performance of equipment critical to our manufacturing processes. This hands-on position is an integral part of Intel's innovative production environment, providing an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge advancements while fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence. You will work closely with engineers and cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency and reliability in semiconductor manufacturing, supporting Intel's mission to create world-changing technology. Key Responsibilities - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in nonfunctioning manufacturing equipment. - Dismantle, adjust, repair, and install/assemble equipment following layout plans, blueprints, repair manuals, and technical drawings. - Conduct setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance on production equipment, coordinating supplier services for repairs when required. - Monitor and analyze equipment data to enhance tool performance and address tool/module-related issues. - Create detailed reports on system failures, update existing specifications, and develop new specifications to support equipment maintenance and performance goals. - Collaborate with Module Engineering to execute experiments, equipment configuration changes, and data collection activities, always adhering to established procedures. - Support engineering teams in troubleshooting module equipment through data-driven analysis and controlled experiments to meet or exceed performance targets. - Assist in factory ramps, ensuring tools are installed and/or converted per design specifications in collaboration with engineering and construction teams.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet one of the following educational or experience requirements:
- HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 1+ year Technical certification or related trade school
- HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 2+ years related hands on experience OR military technical experience
- HS/GED or higher non-semi degree AND 1+ in related equip maintenance experience
- Associate degree in a STEM related technical field
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in working with hand tools, meters, and calibration tools.
- Experience in semiconductor equipment, fab maintenance, or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software.
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious mindset, and ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $51,710.00-73,010.00 USD (Hourly Role)
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Our standard technician starting rates are based on your location and shift schedule. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
