About the job
As Managing Director, you will be responsible for defining the strategy for how YouTube Americas partners with enterprise-level organizations to accelerate creator ecosystem growth. You will oversee a complex B2B portfolio including influencer marketing agencies (IMAs), talent agencies, creator service providers (CSPs), gaming publishers, and podcast networks. You will be an excellent people leader who leads and influences through partnership with cross-functional teams and direct oversight of a team of executive managers.
In this role, you will bring expertise in YouTube's products and partners' businesses, capable of building deep, trust-based relationships with C-level executives from our enterprise partners. You will also act as the "Chief Advocate" for the platform externally, bridging the gap between brands and creators to accelerate the flywheel of creator advertising dollars.
