Client Account Lead, Life Science/Pharmaceutical Industry

The Work:

• Responsible for and contribute to building trusted strategic partner relationships by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and bringing expertise and thought leadership to solve critical business issues in the Pharma space for key accounts
• Responsible for building trusted strategic partner relationships within an account by understanding client needs, shaping solutions, and bringing expertise and thought leadership to solve critical business issues
• Contribute to profitable sales growth, expanding Accenture's footprint, ensuring profitable delivery and influencing the client's strategy to help drive high performance and continuous innovation
• Contribute to expanding Accenture's footprint and share of wallet in the Life Sciences Industry and within key Pharma Accounts; accountable for portion of business results on the account level as well as +1 activities to support growth in market
• Ability to travel up to 80%

Qualification

What You Need:

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Pharma Space
• A minimum of 10 years of management consulting experience developing trusted client relationships with proven sales growth from onset of business development, RFPs, orals, client sales/presentations through delivery, including experience in an influential technical advisory and/or consulting role keen to deep industry insights/trends and innovation proven track record of C-Suite engagements

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
