About the Role
We're looking for an exceptional Pre-Sales Solutions Specialist - someone who pairs life insurance software expertise with the rare ability to make an audience feel something during a product demonstration. In this role, you won't just show software. You'll tell stories that shift mindsets, earn trust, and make insurers genuinely believe in the transformation that's possible today through DXC.
The best demo professionals don't just show features - they make audiences feel the depth behind them. You'll bring that quality: the ability to highlight what makes DXC's capabilities genuinely unique, call it out with conviction, and leave the room trusting that there is far more power under the hood.
You'll showcase the future of insurance: smarter underwriting, automated decisions, adaptive workflows, and agentic AI-assisted operations that reshape how life insurance is bought, sold, serviced, and fulfilled. And beyond the demo room, you'll capture those stories in writing - producing case studies and success narratives that the product marketing team can turn into powerful market-facing assets.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class demo experiences
- Deliver high-impact, narrative-driven product demonstrations for life insurers, reinsurers, MGAs, and industry analyst firms - showcasing the power of agentic AI, policy administration technology, and insurance workflow automation.
- Bring authentic energy and genuine conviction to every demo - earning trust by clearly and honestly articulating what makes DXC's capabilities differentiated, and signaling confidently when a feature is truly unique.
- Translate complexity - underwriting, policy administration, claims workflows, and AI decisioning - into compelling business stories that illustrate real-world transformation and measurable outcomes.
- Tailor every demo to the audience: their business model, operational pain points, regulatory environment, and strategic priorities.
Build and own the demo strategy
- Own a scalable, repeatable demo framework that elevates the buyer experience and drives sales momentum.
- Continuously refine demo environments, experimenting with new agentic AI use cases, industry-relevant scenarios.
- Partner with Training to develop internal demo playbooks, enablement sessions, and a certification path for demo colleagues.
Capture and create written content
- Interview clients, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to capture success stories, transformation outcomes, and proof points.
- Write compelling case studies, win stories, and customer narratives that the product marketing team can develop into market-facing assets, thought leadership, and sales enablement content.
- Translate demo feedback and client reactions into structured, usable content intelligence for marketing and product teams.
Collaborate across the business
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure demos align with product releases, roadmap priorities, and market positioning.
- Provide structured product feedback based on demo experiences, client reactions, and emerging agentic AI opportunities.
- Serve as a connective resource between pre-sales and marketing - helping ensure the stories told in demos also become the stories published in the market.
Evangelize and educate
- Represent DXC as a subject matter expert at industry events, webinars, and analyst briefings - bringing credibility across both the life insurance domain and agentic AI innovation.
- Stay ahead of InsurTech trends, regulatory changes, and AI advancements to ensure demos remain fresh, credible, and visionary.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in life insurance - in product, pre-sales, solutions consulting, outbound product management, B2B SaaS, operations, or IT roles at a carrier, MGA, or technology supplier.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Demonstrated experience delivering compelling product demonstrations or solutions presentations to senior insurance audiences.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, intelligent automation, SaaS, policy administration systems, InsurTech platforms, and/or AI decisioning tools in the life and annuity sector.
- Exceptional communication, executive presence, and business storytelling skills - in the room and in writing.
- Ability to write clearly and credibly: case studies, win stories, and structured narratives are a meaningful part of this role.
- Comfort with demonstrating no-code tools.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements, industry events, and team meetings.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with life insurance platforms or InsurTech systems.
- Background in solutions architecture, insurance operations, technical marketing or related experiences.
- Passionate about creating a compelling story to demonstrate SaaS based solutions including agentic AI.
- Prior experience producing written content - case studies, white papers, or customer success stories - for a B2B technology or InsurTech audience.
Work Environment
- If you live within 40 km (25 miles) of a DXC office, you are expected to work onsite at least two days per week.
