• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in leadership roles with direct reports.
• Experience working in a scaled network operations environment.
• Experience with ITIL processes.
• Experience in network technologies.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
• Experience or exposure of process automation particularly in relation to network operational support.
• Knowledge of service delivery models.

You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. • Lead a team of service management professionals to drive the function in the organization to deliver reliable and secure network services to all of Google.
• Lead the team through transformative technology and organizational changes.
• Deliver cross-functional leadership with business and technology groups to enable the next generation of network service delivery coupled with rigorous service management framework with demonstrable and measurable outcomes.
