As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) lead for Human Research Lab in Platforms and Devices, you will be a strategic leader responsible for driving complex research and validation studies and initiatives to enable new health features.

The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Partner with health and devices hardware/software leads to plan, execute, and deliver technical programs.
• Develop a high-performing team of TPMs, ensuring they are engaged, motivated, and aligned with business-critical initiatives, delivering measurable results and driving impactful outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and drive successful outcomes.
• Own lab operations including lab management, space management and extended workforce management.
• Streamline study development and execution processes and related infrastructure set-ups, simplify execution, by leveraging automation and consolidation.
