Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in technology sales or working with customers in a sales role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or other transformative technologies, including supporting customer adoption and change management.
- Deep understanding of the Higher Ed or K-12 sector, including procurement cycles and policy.
- Good understanding of the Higher Education sector, including its unique issues and decision-making processes.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence across matrixed organizations (e.g., Sales, Product, Engineering).
- Demonstrated recognized thought leadership in the EdTech or Education sector.

As a Lead Field Sales Representative, you will be a leader in Central America and Caribbean, driving major GTM initiatives and high-value partnerships. You will influence Minister/VP/Director-level stakeholders internally and externally, and serve as a model of sales excellence for the team.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $173000 - $252000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

- Achieved significant overachievement of sales metrics (top 5% of Organization), securing landmark deals and cross-product area partnerships.
- Earned respect as a thought leader and trusted advisor by Chief Executive Officers/Chief Operating Officers/Chief Financial Officers (Chief x Officers) in the industry beyond the specific account base.
- Initiated, led, and delivered regional/global projects independently with Managing Director/Vice President visibility, influencing Product and Engineering teams.
- Exemplified Google values, leading complex cross-functional (inter-product area) projects and culture-lifting initiatives.
