Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $160000 (USD) 15% bonus target bonus equity benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of HR initiatives (e.g., GRAD Lifecycle, Succession Planning, Organization Effectiveness, other HR projects as needed) from initial scoping to final rollout.
- Partner with Lead People Partners to drive BU-critical projects and support the implementation of an organization's people plan.
- Support large-scale organizational changes, compensation adjustments, and level strategy revisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR tools and processes, ensuring they scale effectively across the organization. Compile and analyze data and create reports related to special HR & Talent projects (e.g., Job Architecture, and Performance) with minimal guidance.
- Manage headcount to ensure allocation is aligned with growth targets and hiring details in the Headcount App to serve as a guardrail to hiring managers. Resolve day-to-day HCM issues and serve as the point-of-contact for all issues concerning headcount allocations.
