Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 13 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or transportation management.
• 10 years of experience managing global transportation networks, freight budgets, and carrier/ third-party logistics relationships.
• 10 years of experience managing remote leaders, optimizing transportation modes, and establishing performance metrics.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA or Master's degree.
• 13 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients.
• 13 years of experience in problem-solving, third-party vendor relationships, user documentation, and user training.
• 13 years of experience in managing vendor and outsourced providers.
• Knowledge of SQL, analytics and Operations Six Sigma certification (or other relevant operations coursework).

As a part of the Global Transportation and Sustainability Leader, you will be responsible for the operational excellence and direction of a high-velocity global transportation network. You will manage a network of over 4,000 shipment lanes across three major modes and govern a global freight spend exceeding $2.0B, with a core mandate to achieve significant cost efficiency and avoidance. In this role, you will deliver a comprehensive Global Transportation and Sustainability Strategy, including driving the organization's sustainability roadmap by reducing emissions, implementing strategies to shift high-volume logistics corridors to lower-emission modes without sacrificing delivery speed, and transitioning procurement processes to dynamic indexing models. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$294,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
