Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in agency, brand advertising, product marketing, product management or ad sales.
- Experience in ads measurement (e.g., digital and cross-media measurement solutions and ad sales/tools).
- Experience with return on investment measurement concepts (incrementality) and the third-party measurement ecosystem.
Preferred qualifications:
- Proven track record in navigating through ambiguity, managing multiple cross-functional projects in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to proactively take ownership of projects by setting and achieving milestones, synthesizing input from many stakeholders, creating outputs appropriate to the audience(s) and driving awareness/adoption of final deliverables.
- Ability to create influential relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate executive presence.
- Excellent investigative skills, including quantitative fluency. Experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.
- Excellent storytelling i.e., explaining advanced technical products to audiences and ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.

Google's Global Product Solutions organization leads Google's commercial business strategy, and is responsible for driving adoption of our advertising products. This specific role is focused on third-party (3P) Incrementality and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Sales lift within the Media Effectiveness team.
As a Global Product Solutions Lead, you will leverage your expertise to inspire sellers and customers to expand their adoption of 3P incrementality solutions including CPG Sales lift and the recently launched Meridian GeoX partner program. You will work internally with Product Management, Business Development, and cross-functional GPSL teams to identify product feature gaps and brainstorm solutions to bring to life. You will also partner with regional Go-To-Market and Sales teams to inspire sellers and customers to expand usage of 3P Incrementality solutions.
Above all, you will be passionate about all things measurement, and want to help shape the ever-changing world of online advertising.
You will also help drive the evolution of our 3P incrementality measurement product offerings, including CPG Sales lift and the recently launched Meridian GeoX Partner Program. You will set the strategy to inform product needs and global activation strategy. You will work with stakeholders across Sales, GTM, Product, Business Development, Marketing, and more to launch new initiatives.

As a member of the Media Effectiveness GPSL team, you will be a thought leader in landing our go to market strategy and scaling product adoption globally.

Responsibilities
- Drive successful activation of 3P incrementality solutions globally, including close coordination with Product Management, Business Development, regional product Go-To-Market, other Measurement Global Product Solutions stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.
- Synthesize and prioritize feedback from go-to-market (GTM) and Sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy for 3P Incrementality solutions. Lead the rollout of product features and capabilities, executing a successful sales activation strategy.
- Help define success metrics, track adoption and business impact, track and report on critical activation metrics for senior Google Global Business Organization and Product as well as Engineering leadership.
- Represent key 3P Incrementality product market/customer needs to Product Management and Go To Market/Sales leadership.
- Engage with sales teams, customers, and regional stakeholders, serving as an authority on 3P Incrementality solutions.
