Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in advertising, marketing technology, management consulting, or product management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads, buying/selling ads, and passion for AI-driven tooling.
- Knowledge of SQL and Big Data frameworks to effectively position product value.
- Knowledge of technical development, project scoping, and managing constrained launches.
- Knowledge of agency workflows, third-party ecosystems, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Ability to define large-scale components, APIs, and data flows for scalability.
- Ability to advocate for users and influence non-technical teams without authority.
About the job
In this role, you will lead agentic buying strategy, directly influencing the future of how ads are bought and sold. You will provide client service, research, and market analysis, and will uncover the needs of Google's key clients to understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
You will be responsible for understanding how advertiser tools and features are being used globally, and what capabilities are needed to meet customer needs. You will work in close collaboration with our partners in-region to understand advertiser and seller use cases and the implications for our tools.
Whether you are managing product launches, influencing product roadmaps, or communicating changes in prioritization or strategy to account teams, you will act as the business owner of the assigned products.
The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google's full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google's most complex and important customers and partners.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $178000 - $259000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, deployment, and readiness of external tools and third-party agentic buyers.
- Identify product deficiencies and operational issues using customer feedback and metrics to directly influence road maps and optimize the partner experience.
- Analyze customer feedback and performance data to extract critical insights, uncovering new opportunities for continuous product improvement.
- Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Business Solutions to develop tools and co-create solutions for identified gaps.
- Serve as the primary advocate for product stakeholders, effectively managing requirements, ongoing communications, and complex escalations.
