You are passionate about autonomous order management powered by agentic AI, and you actively shape ecosystem partnerships with leading OMS platforms such as Manhattan (OMS/POS), Fluent Commerce, Blue Yonder OMS, and others.
You operate at the intersection of strategy, sales, technology, and innovation, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while driving growth, capability development, and differentiated offerings.
The Work:

- Define future-state fulfillment architectures, including composable and autonomous OMS ecosystems leveraging AI and real-time orchestration.
- Lead enterprise-wide conversations on order-to-cash and fulfillment transformation, integrating OMS with upstream and downstream supply chain platforms.
- Technology Enablement & Solution Design
- Guide clients in selecting and implementing best-fit OMS and fulfillment solutions (e.g., Manhattan OMS/POS, Fluent Commerce, Blue Yonder OMS, e2Open).
- Architect and drive autonomous order management solutions using agentic AI, enabling intelligent order promising, routing, exception handling, and self-healing supply chains.
- Define integration strategies across OMS, WMS, TMS, POS, and eCommerce platforms to enable real-time, omnichannel fulfillment orchestration.
- Practice Development & Growth Leadership
- Build and scale a robust sales pipeline for OMS and fulfillment opportunities across geographies and industries.
- Drive win conversions by shaping differentiated proposals, leading client pursuits, and articulating value-driven transformation narratives.
- Lead the growth of a $100M OMS fulfillment business within 3-5 years, including revenue, bookings, and capability expansion.
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and solution offerings to industrialize delivery and improve speed-to-market.
- Ecosystem & Partner Leadership
- Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key OMS providers including Manhattan (OMS/POS), Fluent Commerce, Blue Yonder OMS, and emerging players.
- Co-create joint solutions, go-to-market strategies, and industry-specific offerings with ecosystem partners.
- Establish Accenture as a preferred transformation partner within the OMS ecosystem through certifications, alliances, and joint success stories.
- Advisory & Thought Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding them through next-generation fulfillment and OMS transformation journeys.
- Drive thought leadership in AI-powered fulfillment, composable commerce, and autonomous supply chains.
- Build and showcase success stories, case studies, and innovation narratives to position Accenture as a leader in OMS fulfillment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, operations, commerce) to ensure seamless execution of OMS and fulfillment transformations.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks across complex, multi-platform implementations.
- Collaborate with global teams, delivery centers, and partners to ensure scalable and high-quality execution.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
