Job DescriptionWe are:
We are a global collective of innovators applying the New every day to improve the way the world works and lives. New doesn't mean being ahead of the curve; new is pushing forward the curve, riding the edge where the impossible meets transformation and making it real where it matters.
Within this vision, we are building a market-leading Global Transportation Management (TMS) practice, helping clients reimagine logistics through intelligent transportation planning, real-time visibility, and autonomous execution.
Help us show the world what's possible as you partner with clients to unlock hidden value and deliver innovative, AI-powered logistics solutions. Empowered with cutting-edge tools, continuous learning, and a global community of diverse talent, we are scaling a $100M+ TMS business over the next 3-5 years, redefining how enterprises plan, execute, and optimize transportation in a digital-first supply chain.
You Are:
The Global Blue Yonder TMS Delivery Lead and Growth Driver, responsible for leading large-scale TMS transformations while also driving pipeline creation, sales pursuits, and revenue growth for Accenture's transportation practice.
You bring deep expertise in Blue Yonder TMS and transportation operations, combined with a strong commercial mindset to originate deals, shape client opportunities, and convert wins. You are passionate about AI-driven logistics, autonomous transportation planning, and real-time supply chain visibility, and you actively contribute to expanding Accenture's footprint across industries and geographies.
You operate at the intersection of delivery excellence, sales, solutioning, and innovation, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while scaling offerings, capabilities, and strategic partnerships.
The Work:
- Delivery Leadership & Program Execution
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Blue Yonder TMS implementations and transformations, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget execution.
- Manage complex, global programs across multi-region deployments, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and logistics strategies.
- Drive delivery excellence frameworks, governance models, and best practices across all TMS engagements.
- Ensure measurable business outcomes including cost reduction, service level improvement, and transportation optimization.
- Sales & Pipeline Growth
- Build and scale a robust TMS sales pipeline across industries, proactively identifying and shaping new opportunities.
- Lead and support client pursuits, RFP responses, and proposal development, with a strong focus on value articulation and differentiation.
- Drive win conversions by leveraging domain expertise, delivery credentials, and innovative solutioning.
- Partner with account teams to expand existing clients through cross-sell and upsell opportunities in transportation and logistics.
- Technology Enablement & Solution Design
- Architect and guide implementation of Blue Yonder TMS solutions, including planning, execution, optimization, and visibility capabilities.
- Define integration strategies across TMS, WMS, OMS, ERP, and control tower platforms to enable end-to-end supply chain orchestration.
- Leverage AI/ML and advanced analytics for intelligent routing, dynamic planning, predictive ETAs, and autonomous logistics execution.
- Drive adoption of cloud-based, real-time, and platform-driven TMS architectures.
- Practice Development & Capability Building
- Contribute to scaling a $100M TMS practice, including revenue growth, talent development, and capability expansion.
- Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific solutions to industrialize delivery and accelerate implementations.
- Mentor and grow global teams of TMS consultants, architects, and delivery leads.
- Establish standardized delivery methodologies and best-in-class implementation frameworks.
- Ecosystem & Partner Leadership
- Strengthen strategic alignment with Blue Yonder, including certifications, joint solutions, and co-innovation initiatives.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to develop joint go-to-market strategies and differentiated offerings.
- Position Accenture as a preferred partner for Blue Yonder TMS transformations through successful delivery and client outcomes.
- Advisory & Thought Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders on transportation transformation and logistics strategy.
- Drive thought leadership in AI-powered logistics, autonomous transportation, and digital freight optimization.
- Build and showcase case studies, success stories, and innovation assets to strengthen market positioning and support sales efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, procurement, IT, finance) to ensure seamless execution of transportation transformations.
- Identify and mitigate risks across complex, multi-system implementations.
- Work with global delivery centers and partners to ensure scalable, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
