Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience providing administrative support to senior leaders in a professional environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing complex priorities in a changing environment.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $117000 - $171000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, including proactive calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense report processing.
- Serve as a trusted business partner, establishing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and executive executives.
- Execute tasks efficiently while navigating ambiguity and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow Executive/Administrative Business Partners (E/ABPs) to problem-solve and prioritize under pressure.
- Drive operational efficiency by refining existing processes and contributing to the development of new operational strategies.
