Essential Job Functions: \n•\tOffer foundational technical support in infrastructure services, providing assistance in routine tasks.\n•\tAssist with infrastructure projects and assignments.\n•\tParticipate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.\n•\tCollaborate with team members to address infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.\n•\tSupport the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.\n•\tDevelop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.\n•\tShow eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.\n•\tFollow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 1+ years of relevant work experience\n•\tProven experience in infrastructure technology analysis\n•\tProficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge\n•\tA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAn advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Associate, are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $35,800 - $61,500.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
