Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 5 years of experience with data center equipment/environments, including electrical switchgear, generators, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, controls, security monitoring systems and fire safety systems, and experience with start up/commissioning processes.
- 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and standard practices in the design and construction industry, including track design build processes and associated documents and agreement.
Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, scheduling and achieving objectives within set goals
- Knowledge of facility electrical and mechanical systems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $159000 - $231000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources), including near- and long-term objectives.
- Determine and collect data required to govern programs and effectively drive stakeholder decision-making.
- Anticipate change management requirements that are required by program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of senior cross-functional leads and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
