Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience co-ordinating or managing resources for data center locations, and leading operational or project-based work and tasks.
• 5 years of experience managing, sourcing, or procuring business resources and vendors.
• Experience working with systems and technology while managing an extended workforce on a daily basis.
• Experience managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

• 4 years of experience developing and deploying processes to mitigate risk.
• 2 years of experience co-ordinating or leading security, and experience planning security operations or strategy for security programs.
• 2 years of experience with data center technologies, infrastructure, and methodologies.
• 2 years of experience managing incidents and crises.
• Experience with current security technology including access control and CCTV.

About the jobAs a Data Center Security Manager, you deliver full pieces of a project and make significant contributions with minimal guidance. As a part of the Google's Data Center Compliance, Safety, and Risk Management (CSRM) team, you will protect the people and assets of Google's global critical infrastructure. You will leverage advanced security systems, dedicated guarding forces, risk management and compliance framework programs to support the entirety of Google Data Centers. As a Data Center Security Manager, you will be charged with managing the risk program including specific physical security, crisis response, and compliance functions within the Data Center or related infrastructure.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $111,000-$159,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage site security incidents, escalations, guard agreement management, and all other physical security related issues.
• Provide after-hours on-call management support and act as the primary point of contact in emergent, event response, or crisis management when needed.
• Execute investigations related to Code of Conduct and other business violations, including worker injuries and security incident investigations. Perform straightforward Threat, Vulnerability and Risk Assessments (TVRA).
• Implement established compliance processes aligned with Compliance, Security and Risk Management (CSRM) policies, standards, guidelines, and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.
• Manage the security-related costs through budget, forecasting and invoice control for the assigned campus, and assist management with financial analysis and input to financial decisions for security requirements.
