Description
Job Description:About DXC Technology
DXC Technology is a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner delivering software, services, and solutions to global enterprises and public sector organizations - helping them harness AI to drive outcomes at a time of exponential change with speed. With deep expertise in Managed Infrastructure Services, Application Modernization, and Industry-Specific Software Solutions, DXC modernizes, secures, and operates some of the world's most complex technology estates.
Cyber GRC Transformation Manager
We are seeking a visionary, highly technical leader to orchestrate the next generation of our risk and compliance ecosystem. As the Manager of Cybersecurity GRC Transformation, you will lead two critical, high-impact pillars: driving the business integration of a massive enterprise Archer migration and architecting the evolution of our traditional GRC frameworks into an AI-first program.
Operating within a global organization, you will move beyond legacy compliance check-the-box exercises. Instead, you will integrate artificial intelligence into our risk lifecycle-using automation, LLMs, and predictive analytics to scale security assurance at the speed of innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Archer Migration: Act as the strategic advisor and business process change expert for migrating legacy enterprise GRC frameworks, applications, and historical data pool into a modernized, optimized Archer ecosystem.
- Pivoting to an AI-First GRC Strategy: Revolutionize traditional compliance by implementing automated controls mapping, predictive risk modeling, and continuous control monitoring via smart automation.
- Global Governance for Emerging Tech: Establish cutting-edge governance, risk, and compliance playbooks.
- Transformative Program Delivery: Modernize traditional Cyber assessment and quality programs, transforming them into real-time, data-driven security assurance models using AI capabilities.
- High-Impact Leadership: Direct weekly program stand-ups, cross-functional technical tag-ups, and champion an agile, automated culture across global cyber security and the delivery operations teams.
Core Competencies
- Deep technical familiarity with Archer APIs, data feeds, and third-party platform integrations.
- Strong fluency in modern AI security frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs) paired with traditional frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF).
- Change-management mindset with the communication skills required to sell and deliver an automated, "AI-first" compliance culture to traditional stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Years of Experience: 8+ years in Cybersecurity GRC, with 3+ years in a senior leadership/management role inside a complex global IT enterprise.
- Archer Migration Blueprint: Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-wide migrations, environment upgrades, or large-scale architecture overhauls within the Archer GRC platform.
- Archer Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience designing, implementing, and optimizing Archer GRC modules (e.g., IT Security Risk Management, Third-Party Governance, Policy Program Management).
- AI & Automation Vision: Demonstrated experience or concrete vision in transitioning traditional manual compliance functions into automated, AI-augmented, or continuous monitoring paradigms.
