Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
  
• Experience in advertising, consultative sales or business development through full time roles, internships, projects or academic classes.
  
• Ability to communicate in English fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.
  
• Ability to travel to the office for client meetings and trainings as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Google Ads and online advertising or Google Ads certified.
  
• Familiarity with managing a portfolio or working against assigned customer goals (e.g., business growth, customer success metrics, outreach goals, etc.).
  
• Ability to think strategically.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with an interest in business and technology, and a passion for helping businesses grow online.

Responsibilities

  Serve as a consultative sales advisor to SMB customers and agency partners. Build relationships with key decision-makers to align Google advertising products with their growth goals.

  Own and manage a high-volume set of accounts. Engage clients via phone and email to identify upsell opportunities, drive product adoption, and exceed quarterly revenue and growth goals.

  Evaluate campaign performance, deliver data-driven account recommendations, and pitch advanced digital marketing strategies to business owners.

  Execute full-cycle relationship management-from proactive outreach and client pitches to internal strategy building and campaign performance reviews.

  Meet and exceed individual business quotas consistently while delivering an outstanding, high-value experience to Google's advertisers.
